Returns & Exchanges

We're happy for you to try on our products to see if they fit, but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment when trying it on.

If your purchase is the wrong size or fit, Fondo will happily offer customers an exchange or refund provided the product is returned to us in 'as new' condition and is not a Final Sale item (see below).  'As new' means that the item has not been worn, is not damaged and is in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached. 

Final Sale items can only be be returned for an online credit (valid 3 years) or an exchange where product is available and customer must pay for shipping of the product to be returned.

We will process a refund within 72 hours after receiving your items and/or send you your exchanged item within 7 working days.  Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the original transaction.

Free Returns/Exchanges: For customers based in Australia (excluding Final Sale items):

Please contact us at fondo@fondo.com.au within 28 days of your purchase to let us know that you would like to return or exchange an item.  If you would like to exchange an item please ensure you specify which alternative items/sizes you require and the delivery address (if different to the original delivery address).  Once we receive your return/exchange request we will send an Australia Post postage paid form to you by email which will include the return postage address.  Print a copy of this form, attach it to the outside of your parcel and post the parcel at any Australia Post box or outlet in Australia. 

For customers outside Australia:

Please contact us at fondo@fondo.com.au within 28 days of your purchase to let us know that you would like to return or exchange an item.  If you would like to exchange an item please ensure you specify which alternative items/sizes you require and the delivery address (if different to the original delivery address). Please note, at this stage we do not offer a free returns service for buyers outside of Australia. 

Once we receive your request we will confirm your request and provide you with the return postage address.  Send us the return/exchange items - we recommend shipping the package through a tracked service as we cannot replace/refund items lost during return shipment.
