Returns & Exchanges
We're happy for you to try on our kit to see if it fits, but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment
If your purchase is the wrong size or fit, Fondo will happily offer customers an exchange or refund. Refunds or exchanges need to be returned to us within 14 days of purchase and the product is returned in an 'as new' condition (unused, unopened and unworn with all labels/tags attached) and in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot refund the cost of postage for international buyers.
How to return items:
Let us know that you will be returning the item by emailing email@example.com. If you would like to exchange an item, please ensure you specify which alternative items/sizes you would like instead.
Send us the item along with a copy of the receipt. We recommend shipping the package through a tracked service. Fondo cannot replace/refund items that are lost during return shipment.
Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 48 hours and refunds processed within 7 working days. Refunds will will be processed to the credit card use for the original transaction.
